AKRAPOVIC EVOLUTION LINE S-Y4MET16-FDHLTA
Close collaboration between Akrapovič's Competition R&D and R&D departments has resulted in an exhaust that is virtually identical to the specification of the exhaust that will be used by the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP team in the 2023 Motocross World Championship season.

The bespoke design fits into the limited space of the motorbike and is the largest the motorcycle allows.
This allows for increased sound insulation to mitigate the impact on the environment, while facilitating improved exhaust gas flow from the combustion chamber with the least possible restrictions.
Manufactured entirely from high quality lightweight titanium alloys, this system offers a weight saving of 20.4 % (0.9 kg) over the standard exhaust.
Different section thicknesses ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight, allowing the additional strength created by the design to provide greater resistance in the most demanding conditions.
It offers improved response across the rev range, with an increase in power and torque of an additional 1.8 kW (2.4 bhp) at 10,600 rpm on the internal dyno and 1.5 Nm at 10,500 rpm in back-to-back tests, compared to a standard exhaust system.
A new profiled surface, which contributes to a deep, full sound, and an integrated resonance chamber for optimum performance, in keeping with the sound of an Akrapovič exhaust, are designed to ensure that this system meets FIM racing noise limits.
A special technique was used for printing the logo on the surface: no stickers or engraving, but a new way of adding the logo.
Developed exclusively for use on closed race circuits, it is easy to install, ready to use, without the need for reprogramming.
For riders who must comply with the new FIM noise limitation of 109 dB, installation of the optional noise insert V-TUV386 is mandatory.
THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET EMISSION COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR STREET OR HIGHWAY USE.
