Delta Clutch

The Delta Clutch is a clutch born in the world of scooter racing and quickly became the benchmark tool for vehicle tuning.

The system's simplicity allows for quick adjustment of the spring tension opposing the centrifugal force and the possibility of replacing the spring itself with others of a different K value, as indicated in the Malossi catalog.

The other prerogative is the ability to vary the position of the weight that determines the pressure of the friction material against the inner walls of the bell, and the possibility of replacing the weight itself with one of a different weight.

The entire system is patented to protect it from counterfeiters and copycats who brazenly try to circumvent the invention by any means. Over time, Delta has gained the recognition of all the most qualified technicians, as evidenced by its adoption by all racing teams and a vast array of sporting customers, resulting in continuous sales growth.

As is typical of Malossi, the product has always been closely monitored throughout its development: Delta has been optimized daily with small but significant modifications to keep the product at the forefront of innovation. Central pin made of carbon steel, machined from bar stock and attached by TIG welding;

Moderate nitriding thermochemical treatment;

Alloyed carbon steel reinforcement ring, machined by honing, with interference fit;

100% dynamically balanced.
