The GIpro integrates two different products in the same device: a gear indicator and an ATRE ( Advanced Timing Retard Eliminator). The ATRE device improves acceleration time between 1st and 3rd gear. It also removes the speed limiter in some motorcycles (GSX-R1000, GSX-1300R and DL1000). Works well on its own or paired up with different electronic accessories like the Power Commander. Reads directly from the gear sensor to avoid showing wrong and delayed data, like other products that deduce the data from the engine and tires speed.
