This Euro 5 EC/ECE approved exhaust is easy to install, requiring no reprogramming.
With a deep, dynamic sound that enhances the motorcycle's engine, power is increased by 1.6 kW (2.2 hp) at 8800 rpm, with torque of 3.5 Nm at 3100 rpm (tested on the Akrapovič dyno compared to a Monster with a stock exhaust).
An optional hand-forged carbon fiber heat shield is offered to give the exhaust an exclusive finishing touch. Designed to replace the standard aluminum version, which can still be fitted to the Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium), this heat shield is a very rare product in the motorcycle world. An optional stainless steel link pipe is also available, designed to increase power and torque, reduce weight, and improve fuel flow. The Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system and the heat shield (Carbon) for the Ducati Monster and Monster+ have been awarded the prestigious 2022 Red Dot Product Design Award.
Installation of the optional link pipe (SS) invalidates the CE/ECE homologation of the Slip-On Line (Titanium).
