Manufactured from lightweight, premium, high-quality titanium alloys with varying thicknesses in the sections to ensure optimal protection and reduce overall weight, the system is 26.5% lighter than the stock exhaust.
A new profiled surface optimizes the sound to meet FIM noise limits for competition and adds strength and durability to the silencer, while delivering a deep, full sound that reflects the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine.
The silencer is as large as possible given the available space. This allows for greater sound insulation, mitigating the environmental impact and facilitating better exhaust gas flow from the combustion chamber with minimal restrictions.
The increased strength provided by this design enhances durability and offers greater resistance under the most demanding conditions. It delivers optimized response across the entire rev range and optimal acceleration feel, giving the rider a great sense of control.
Power and torque levels have been increased by an additional 2.1 kW (2.8 hp) at 9750 rpm and 1.8 Nm at 9460 rpm, as recorded on the in-house dynamometer in consecutive tests with a stock exhaust system.
The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust features a special surface-printing technique for the logo for greater durability and a titanium header with an integrated resonance chamber for optimal performance and sound, covered with a newly designed titanium heat shield.
Installation is simple, ready to use, and requires no reprogramming.
The exhaust system is compatible with the Honda CRF 450 X.
