Comes with upper and lower clamps, stem shaft, stem nuts, and SX handlebar size clamp (28.6mm).
This kit does not come with stem bearings.
OE lower clamp bearings, dust seal and 2 main switch mounting bolts may be required to install this upper triple clamp kit.
