The R-Racer line of screens is the product of Puig's long experience in competition, working with the best MotoGP teams: Repsol Honda Team and in WorldSBK: Kawasaki Racing Team, to develop the best screens for your sports bike.
The R-Racer screens are designed to offer a perfect view through them and to be aerodynamically more efficient than the original screens of each bike, being tested in the virtual wind tunnel to ensure which improve the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and, thanks to their greater height, deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the pilot's helmet and shoulders.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, in 3mm high-impact acrylic material, we achieve a strong, lightweight, durable piece with a rounded finish >2mm (complying with German TÜV safety regulations). The artificial vision system used during the quality control process ensures that the domes reach the customer in perfect condition.
The assembly of the dome does not require additional parts such as trim and each dome is accompanied by a thorough aerodynamic study indicating the improvements in performance and rider protection.
