The variator has two sets of rollers with different weights
Hub made of steel alloy with a sliding surface partially hard chrome-plated and ground and polished
A wide range of replacement HTROLL roller weights has been developed for fine-tuning
In the Piaggio engine version, the dimensions of the tracks and rollers have been increased, and a new ramp cover has been added.

Moving pulley half made of special high-silicon steel alloy with a hardened nickel surface treatment
Sliding bushing made of self-lubricating sintered bronze
Shaft made of steel alloy with a hard chrome-plated sliding surface, ground and polished
Ramp cover made of heat-treated steel with a polished surface treatment
High-strength calibrated HTROLL rollers made of CPT with a specific formula and marked with their respective weight
Contrast spring of the driven pulley half made of pre-hardened chrome-silicon steel and painted in various colors indicating the respective K.
The Minarelli version includes a ventilated fixed pulley half made of high-silicon aluminum with a hardened chemical nickel surface.
