Variable calibration automatic clutch

Delta Clutch was born in the racing world as an irreplaceable component.

On the track, it has allowed Team Malossi mechanics to calibrate the clutch quickly and precisely for each scooter depending on the type of circuit and the engine's setup.

The perfect functioning of the automatic system is fundamental for achieving a good start from a standstill and for exiting tight corners when the vehicle's speed decreases significantly. The advantages offered by these clutches compared to those of standard scooters are enormous, even for a road-going vehicle, as they allow for sophisticated tuning across a very wide engine speed range.

The Delta Clutch Maxi is available with a sporty setup, along with a series of optional items that allow for top-level racing tuning.

Delta Clutch, from competition to urban and sport use: these patented clutch assemblies are designed by Malossi, who handles their production and material selection directly. Each clutch assembly, after assembly, is calibrated with a special computerized machine to values ​​between 3 and 10.

The Delta Clutch comes assembled and ready for competition and street use and is supplied with a kit of 3 white 1.6 mm diameter clutch springs.

Two sets are optionally available: one for street use (part no. 29 8746) and one for competition use (part no. 29 8746). 29 8747, which greatly expands the calibration range of the Delta Clutch.

Everyone knows that the clutch's operation only affects acceleration and not speed, therefore there are no homologation issues for these devices.
