ESC-A01 Exhaust Servo Calibrator for Aprilia
The Exhaust Servo (ESC) Calibrator allows easy calibration of the ECU without the need for the factory tool.
The ESC is used in two cases:

The Exhaust Servo (ESC) Calibrator allows easy calibration of the ECU without the need for the factory tool.
The ESC is used in two cases:
The original exhaust servo is installed and working correctly but the ECU registers a permanent or intermittent fault.
The ESC-A01 updates the ECU with the actual characteristics of the servo and thus prevents false detection of the error.
The exhaust servo has been removed and replaced with a HealTech ESE-A04 exhaust servo eliminator but the ECU continues to detect a fault.
The ESC-A01 updates the ECU to accept the standard characteristics of the ESE-A04 and thus prevents detection of the fault.
It is not necessary to reinstall the original servo to perform this procedure. The ESC will clear the error code after the calibration is performed.
How to use the ESC: Simply plug it into the diagnostic port, turn on the ignition and wait a few seconds. The LED will turn green when the calibration is complete.
