Developed to protect the motorcycle's engine, its construction is partially fixed to the frame to distribute any impact. It is designed to integrate with the motorcycle's components and has been extensively evaluated through numerous tests and deformation analyses. Designed with Akrapovič's precision and attention to detail, this crash bar kit has no restrictions on lean angle and meets ABE homologation standards.
The 2.5 mm thick carbon fiber crash bars provide structural strength and allow the end user to replace these parts if damaged. It is precision TIG welded and equipped with 10 mm laser-cut and precision-machined flanges to ensure a perfect fit and high strength. The kit features the engraved Akrapovič logo, with the word "Titanium" clearly visible to highlight the use of this material. Once installed, the crash bar kit offers the option of mounting additional panniers and fog or long-range lights from BMW and other manufacturers.
We recommend that the crash bar kit (Titanium) be installed by a qualified mechanic. This product is compatible with the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure and also with BMW Option 719.
